Mr. Honghao Wu, Co-founder of Hengzhi Consulting, holds dual master's degrees from Tsinghua University's PBC School of Finance and Cornell University. He also completed his undergraduate studies in law at Central South University. Currently serving as a senior partner lawyer at Beijing Yingke Law Firm, Mr. Wu is a member of the management committee and director of the risk control committee. He is also listed as a lawyer in the Beijing Foreign Lawyer Talent Pool and the leading pool of foreign-related legal service talents at Yingke, as well as being recognized on the Legal 500 Asia Pacific recommended lawyers list.
Mr. Lide Han, Co-founder of Hengzhi Consulting, holds a Ph.D. from China University of Political Science and Law. He began practicing law in 1993 and currently serves as a senior partner at Beijing Yingke Law Firm and the director of the International Commercial and Infrastructure Legal Affairs Department. Mr. Han is a member of the Ministry of Justice's talent pool of one thousand foreign-related lawyers and is recognized as one of the top ten lawyers for the "Belt and Road" initiative in Beijing.
Mr. Ning Jian, Co-founder of Hengzhi Consulting Platform and Chairman & President of Ruihe Investment Company, holds a master's degree in economics from the University of International Business and Economics. He was honored with the national "May 1st Labor Medal" in 2002. Additionally, Mr. Jian Ning serves as an executive director of Xiamen Hengyi Entrepreneurship Investment Management Co., Ltd.
