Mr. Han possesses a comprehensive knowledge structure and cross-disciplinary professional experience in international investment, international trade, maritime affairs, and other fields. He has worked in various capacities at central state organs such as the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, the Ministry of Coal Industry, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Office of the Leading Group for Poverty Alleviation under the State Council. He has also been involved with foreign-invested enterprises, comprehensive corporate groups, and law firms, engaging in domestic and international investment management, as well as legal practice.
Over 30 times, Mr. Han has traveled to countries and regions including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Russia, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Azerbaijan, Austria, Kazakhstan, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Switzerland, Singapore, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, Hong Kong, Macau, and more. In these locations, he has handled legal affairs and provided legal services for over 500 domestic and foreign enterprises, offering more than 1000 legal services. The legal business he has conducted involves over 60 countries and regions. He has been involved in more than 100 arbitration cases in over 20 domestic and international arbitration institutions, and 10 cases have been recognized as outstanding foreign-related legal service cases by the All China Lawyers Association, Beijing Lawyers Association, and Chaoyang District Lawyers Association. He has won the "Belt and Road" Outstanding Legal Service Case Award for five consecutive times.
